Here are 200 million reasons to donate to the Harry Chapin Food Bank

The holiday giving season is officially here. During this, our 35th anniversary year, we are also celebrating 200 million pounds of food distributed to feed our neighbors in need in Southwest Florida. You are the reason we reached this milestone.
Please continue to support our mission to lead our community in the fight to end hunger by donating to the Harry Chapin Food Bank. With your help, we can continue down the road to our 300 millionth pound and beyond.
Other ways you can help.
Donate to the Bank of America Give a Meal program
The fundraiser is held in partnership with Feeding America, the nationwide network of food banks, including the Harry Chapin Food Bank.
The program has already matched $1.5 million in online donations nationwide, or up to $50,000 per food bank. If you have a Southwest Florida ZIP code, your donation will be directed to the Harry Chapin Food Bank. Donate through Dec. 31.
Donate to the Wells Fargo food and fundraising campaign
Wells Fargo is helping Feeding America and the Harry Chapin Food Bank fight hunger this season. Wells Fargo is donating $4 million to Feeding America and matching every dollar donated through Dec. 31, or up to $1 million. One hundred percent of your donation will benefit your local food bank, based on ZIP code. You can donate at your nearest Wells Fargo ATM or drop off non-perishable food items at a Wells Fargo branch. You can also donate online.
Donate through Amazon Smile
It is just like , only you can designate a charity (we respectfully suggest Harry Chapin Food Bank) and Amazon will donate 0.5 percent of the price of your purchases to help us feed the hungry.
Donate your time
Our more than 3,800 volunteers collectively contributed more than 41,000 hours in the last fiscal year, which equates to more than $1 million of in-kind service.
