Give Where You Live Collier is a movement to celebrate and increase philanthropy for nonprofit agencies in our community, including Harry Chapin Food Bank, through online giving.
We’re looking for fundraising champions to help drive people to give to our Give Where You Live Collier profile on Feb. 19 – 20.
We encourage you to share with your friends and family members about the important work we do and ask them to join us in our mission: to lead our community in the fight to end hunger.

How do I become a Fundraising Champion?
If you weren’t invited to fundraise for an organization, you can still sign up! Just visit the profile for Harry Chapin Food Bank and click the “Fundraise” button.
What Link Do I Share?
You’ll want to share the link created for your fundraising page found in your Fundraising Toolkit.
You can also share the main campaign link, and your supporters will still be able to give to your specific page!
How do I get the Word Out?

What am I Responsible for?
- As a Fundraising Champion you’re responsible for getting the word out about Give Where You Live Collier, and encouraging support for Harry Chapin Food Bank!
- You should set an individual goal for your fundraiser to let your friends and family know what portion of your organization’s goal you are hoping to help achieve. This year, Harry Chapin Food Bank is hoping to raise $50,000.
- Most importantly, you are responsible for having fun with your fundraising efforts and working to share enthusiasm and support for Harry Chapin Food Bank and the causes and objectives you are helping to support. Create a fun video and colorful, passionate thank you message. These small gestures can go a long way for your organization’s fundraising efforts!
