Richard LeBer has been president and CEO of Harry Chapin Food Bank since February 2016, leading the food bank to new records in sourcing and distributing food across Southwest Florida. He brings deep experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, including food banking, fundraising, board leadership, and strategy. Richard has held numerous leadership positions, including interim executive director of the Florida Association of Food Banks, vice president at the Atlanta Community Food Bank, and CEO of National Linen Service. He is past chairman of the Atlanta Community Food Bank’s board and a former board member of the Georgia Mountain Food Bank. Richard is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the University of Waterloo in Canada, and is married with two grown children.

Jennifer Denike serves as Chief Development Officer at Harry Chapin Food Bank, leading fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and revenue growth. With more than 18 years of nonprofit experience, she previously served as Senior Major Gifts Officer before advancing to her current role, where she oversees major gifts, corporate and foundation partnerships, grants, and donor stewardship — including the capital campaign for the new Hunger Action Center in Fort Myers and future Naples expansion. Active in Southwest Florida since 2015, she serves on the Planned Giving Council of Lee County and the Association of Fundraising Professionals Collier-Lee Chapter. Denike is a Gulfshore Business 40 Under 40 honoree and completed both Leadership SWFL and the Southwest Florida Leadership Institute at Florida Gulf Coast University in 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Cortland.

Marissa is an accomplished nonprofit leader with a collaborative, strategic approach. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University and a graduate degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Boston University, and brings over 15 years of experience across nonprofit and government organizations. Marissa has been with Harry Chapin Food Bank since November 2021, previously serving as Director of Community Impact and Partnerships before becoming Chief Operating Officer. She serves on several community advisory councils, including the Advisory Council for Area of Aging and the Health and Wellness Coalition. Marissa lives in Cape Coral, Florida, with her husband and three children, and enjoys time on the water and supporting her children’s soccer teams.

Prior to joining Harry Chapin Food Bank in October 2017, Steve was the vice president of finance for a manufacturing company in New Hampshire and prior to that the director of finance for Bostik Inc. He is a CPA and holds a master’s degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Tina joined the food bank in April 2022 as the Director of Human Resources. Her education in accounting and human resources, along with her progressive experience and success, has led to an over 25-year career in human resources management, payroll, benefits, and finance management. Prior to joining HCFB, she worked for Children’s Advocacy Center of SWFL, Inc., and has held other HR, operational, management, and leadership roles in the Sarasota area. Tina is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Lee County Chapter. She is a native of Ohio and now resides in Sarasota County with her husband, Bruce; they have four grown children.

Daniel Frate is a former financial services and technology executive with 35 years of experience leading large, complex business units. Most recently he was ACI Worldwide’s Group President for its cloud business; ACI, headquartered in Naples, creates payment software for the world’s largest banks and merchants. He previously managed retail banking and payment units for several leading U.S. banks. Dan has served on nonprofit boards including the United Way in Delaware and his alma mater, John Carroll University, and belongs to the Dean’s Council at Purdue University, where he earned his graduate degree. He co-manages a family real estate business and works as a business advisor. Dan and his wife, Laura, are originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and have lived in Collier County for eight years.

Carolyn Tieger is a Washington, D.C. communications veteran and one of the country’s top public affairs strategists, with four decades of experience serving Congress, the White House, and major PR firms. She moved to Naples in 2009 and founded Tieger Public Affairs. Carolyn serves on the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication’s Board of Trust, where she established a Public Affairs Communications chair, and has served on the national board of the Alzheimer’s Association leading major fundraising efforts. Locally, she is a Trustee of the Shelter for Abused Women and Children and has served on the Harry Chapin Food Bank Collier County Action Group. Carolyn, a University of Georgia journalism graduate, lives with her husband, Elliott Brown, and their Welsh terrier, Miss Kirbie.

Larry served for 23 years as CEO and Owner of RT/Dygert International, growing it from a single-location distributor into an international seal and o-ring distribution company with locations across the U.S. and in Shanghai, China. After selling the company in 2009, he founded Goode Advisors, providing strategic consulting to small businesses with more than 30 years of business experience. Larry is an active investor with the Twin Cities and Tamiami Angels Funds, and has held numerous volunteer, board, and treasurer roles with community and industry organizations, including his current service as a Harry Chapin Food Bank director and SCORE Naples volunteer/mentor. Larry and his wife, Carol, split time between San Mateo, California, and Naples, Florida, and have one daughter and two grandsons.

Michele Hylton-Terry is an accomplished strategic redevelopment professional and the Executive Director of the Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), where she leads the implementation of multiple redevelopment area plans to improve the community’s economic and social conditions. She serves on the Florida Redevelopment Association Board of Directors and has been an active member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority’s Fort Myers Alumnae Chapter since 2017. Her commitment to education includes board membership with the Basic Learning Skills Foundation and Hodges University, and she serves as a Cabinet Member for the United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades.

Born and raised in Carbondale, Illinois, Jane E. Enos is proud to call herself a Southwest Floridian. An award-winning writer and editor in chief of Naples Illustrated, she has built a diverse career spanning higher education, advertising, and journalism, and considers it an honor to serve on Harry Chapin Food Bank’s board of directors. Jane holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Southern Illinois University, where she was a Division I collegiate golfer, and a master’s degree in English from Western Michigan University, along with completed coursework toward a doctorate there. In her spare time, she enjoys family and friends, tennis, golf, reading, and travel.

A Florida native, Bill Dillon completed undergraduate and law school at the University of Florida. His practice involves all forms of business litigation, with special focuses on corporate healthcare disputes and real estate loan workout, foreclosure, receivership and related disputes. Bill also has general commercial jury and non-jury trial practice. His representative clients include publicly traded healthcare companies, creditors on commercial secured credit facilities, churches, country clubs, franchisors and national shopping mall chains. Bill has been identified as a Florida Super Lawyer – Rising Star for the years 2010 through 2016.

Kayla Richmond Miller is an attorney with Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., practicing divorce, marital, and family law. A Fort Myers native and 2006 graduate of Fort Myers High School, she graduated from the University of South Florida and earned both her law degree and an MBA from Stetson University. Kayla serves as a Governor for the 20th Judicial Circuit on the Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division (YLD) Board of Governors, chairs the YLD’s Health & Wellness Committee, and is immediate past president of the Lee County Association for Women Lawyers. She has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyers® “Rising Star” in family law (2016-2019) and as an “Up & Comer” by Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite in 2017.

Janet Pogar is Florida Blue’s Market Leader for Southwest Florida, overseeing operations across Sarasota, Manatee, Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hardee, Hendry, and DeSoto counties for the state’s largest insurer. She previously served as Regional Vice President for Carelon Behavioral Health (formerly Beacon Health Options), managing its Western United States network, and earlier as Regional Vice President for Anthem, overseeing Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial product lines. Pogar is active in business, civic, and philanthropic organizations throughout her territory, serving on the board of directors of the Naples Chamber of Commerce and with the United Way of Collier and the Keys and the United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades.

John D. Clinger is senior vice president of Clinger, Sizemore & Associates, focusing on wealth management, financial advising, and portfolio management. He joined Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor in 2000 after working as a branch manager and commercial loan officer, and today serves as resident director of the Fort Myers office. John is a past president and board member of the Edison Festival of Light, and a past campaign chair and current allocation team leader for the United Way of Lee, Hendry, Glades & Okeechobee counties. A Little League coach for more than 25 years, he was inducted into the Fort Myers Little League Hall of Fame in 2012. He and his wife, Rusti, have four daughters: Katie, Emma-Lee, Madison, and Abigail.

Irma Cervantes Lancaster joined Harry Chapin Food Bank in September 2025. She brings more than 25 years of experience in journalism, public relations, and strategic communications, having served as Director of Strategic Communications for the School District of Lee County and Chief Communications Officer for the Bakersfield City School District in California. Earlier in her career, Irma spent nearly 14 years as a reporter and videographer with Univision Communications, earning multiple honors including two Emmy Awards. She is passionate about using the power of storytelling to connect communities, build partnerships, and inspire action.
