    At least, that is, at the Harry Chapin Food Bank’s Collier County warehouse.We have recently installed a new industrial-sized freezer in our Naples warehouse located at 2221 Corporation Blvd. This addition will allow the Harry Chapin Food Bank to store and distribute a larger quantity and higher quality of food. Items such as poultry, beef, pork and other frozen goods will now be readily available to our more than 25 partner agencies in Collier County.

    The Chamber of Southwest Florida's Leadership Lee County Class of 2012, a program of The Chamber of Southwest Florida, raised more than $10,000 at its Big BBQ & Bash event, held January 24 at Harley-Davidson of Fort Myers. The money raised is to be distributed equally to three charities that feed hungry children in Southwest Florida: African Caribbean American Center (AFCAAM), Blessings in a Backpack, Lee County, and the Harry Chapin Food Bank.
