(Following the recent tornado impact near the Twin Palms community, we’ve coordinated a special disaster food distribution at Lakeport Christian Church at 1:00 p.m. to provide emergency food and support to those affected.)

Our team is on the ground, working closely with partners to reach the areas impacted most. We are actively working with local agencies in Charlotte County in coordination with the Charlotte Emergency Operations Center and other emergency organizations. As the situation stablizes and people start to return to their homes, we expect to be even more active in continuing to provide food.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our relief efforts—your help makes it possible for us to respond quickly in times like these.

If you’re able to give, please consider donating to our Hurricane Milton relief fund https://harrychapinfoodbank.org/milton-relief-fund to help us continue reaching families, children, and seniors in need. Together, we can support our community’s recovery.

Stay safe, Southwest Florida—we’re with you.
