Harry Chapin Food Bank reviews prospective agency interest forms on a rolling basis. Once your application is reviewed, a member of our Agency Relations team will reach out to your organization via email. Reviews typically take place each quarter.

Agencies that meet our partnership criteria will be notified when they are matched with one of our food distribution programs, based on the needs of the communities we serve.

Please note, we have a significant waitlist of organizations eager to partner with us. Submitting an interest form adds your agency to the waitlist. We will notify you when there is an opportunity to move forward in the process.
