Your gift doubles in impact to feed twice as many seniors! 600 400 Harry Chapin Food Bank

There are a lot of people in our community who never imagined they’d need help putting food on the table—especially after a lifetime of work, sacrifice, and doing things the “right” way.

But right now, seniors across Southwest Florida are being hit from every direction. The cost of groceries keeps climbing. Rent, utilities, and medicine don’t pause. And for neighbors living on fixed incomes, even a small price increase can mean something has to give.

Too often, that “something” is food.

That’s why we’re reaching back out today—because there’s still a powerful opportunity to help, and we don’t want anyone to miss it.

For a limited time, the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation is matching gifts dollar for dollar—up to $350,000—to help local seniors enrolled in our Care and Share Senior Feeding Program.

So if you give…

  • $25 becomes $50
  • $50 becomes $100
  • $100 becomes $200

And more importantly: it becomes more food, more relief, and more hope for seniors who are trying to stretch the impossible.

Because when you’re choosing between groceries and prescriptions… when you’re cutting back on meals so the bills get paid… when you’re staring at an empty pantry and wondering how you’re going to make it work this month…

A box of food isn’t just food.

It’s dignity.
It’s stability.
It’s the feeling that you’re not alone.

Right now, matching funds are still available, but they won’t last forever. Once we reach the $350,000 goal, the match ends.

If you’ve been meaning to give—or if you’ve already given and want to do just a little more—this is the moment when your kindness can stretch twice as far.

Please give today, if you can, while your gift can still be doubled for seniors.

Your gift is matched dollar-for-dollar while matching funds remain.
